A concierge that never sleeps
Luz — our AI concierge — answers 24/7 in English and Spanish. She checks live availability, shares your door code once you’re verified, books a surf lesson, and points you to the best café on Calle Cerra. A real host is always one tap behind her.
Powered by the sun
The whole house runs on solar with a full battery and generator backup and its own cistern. When the rest of the block goes dark, your lights — and your Wi-Fi — stay on. It’s the most reliable power on the island, and the cleanest.
Seamless from the first step
Book direct in a couple of taps. Arrive any time after 4 PM and let yourself in with a private keypad code. No keys, no lines, no lobby small talk unless you want it. Long stays are wired for work; quick trips are stocked with everything you forgot to pack.
